DLS Dominik Lehner Solutions AI Systems, Web Design & Automation

DLS / Dominik Lehner Solutions

Digital systems shaped by design, AI, and clean operations.

I connect business websites, automations, agent workflows, and publishing tools into reliable setups that keep working after launch.

Services

Systems, websites, and workflows built for real use.

Three clear lead offers up front, backed by publishing, design, and automation capability where the project actually needs it.

AI Systems & Automation

From research and content pipelines to internal tools, form workflows, knowledge systems, LLM routing, and structured data handling: I build AI setups that reduce real operational work instead of staying in prototype mode.

Business Web Design

Websites should not just look good. They need to build trust, explain clearly, filter demand, and drive project requests. I combine positioning, design, content structure, and implementation into a site that works for a real business.

OpenClaw / Agent Workflows

Once several tools, prompts, models, and decisions have to work together, a single chat window is no longer enough. I design agent workflows with clear handoffs, tools, control points, and production-ready automation.

Why AI systems?

Not hype. Operational leverage.

The numbers show that AI is already an expectation. The advantage now comes from implementation quality, not novelty.

Work samples across web, publishing, and AI systems.

The examples stay intentionally concrete: real websites, automations, and agent setups grouped by the problem space they solve.

Publishing & InDesign Automation

Screenshot Calendar Exporter

Calendar Exporter

The Calendar Exporter does not just accept data, it runs calendar input through a defined flow: choose sources, normalise date logic, set ordering, define the export, and output the result so it can move directly into publishing or InDesign production. The dedicated interface reduces errors because recurring decisions do not have to be rebuilt manually every time.

InDesign automation

InDesign Script Automations

These scripts step in where InDesign production creates too much click work: automatic text frame threading, recurring layout actions, batch adjustments, and cleaner preparation for downstream production steps. Instead of repairing every issue by hand, the recurring logic gets translated into reusable scripts.

AI Systems & Agent Workflows

OpenClaw workflows

OpenClaw & Agent Workflows

OpenClaw connects models to real tools and explicit handovers instead of treating everything like one long prompt. A workflow can start research, structure sources, let a second agent review the intermediate result, and only then trigger content generation, tasks, or tool actions. That creates agent setups where routing, review, file access, and production steps remain controlled instead of disappearing inside a single chat.

BrandPulse system

BrandPulse

BrandPulse connects research, scripting, text-to-speech (TTS), approvals, and publishing in one line. Topics are researched, claims are checked against sources, scripts are revised, and the result is pushed into real review and approval steps through Telegram. Only then does audio, publishing, or a follow-up action continue. That removes tool switching and turns AI output into a controllable production flow.

AI phone agents

AI Phone Agents

AI phone agents handle structured first-contact calls, answer standard questions, qualify incoming requests, and hand over to a human, a booking flow, or downstream systems when needed. The important part is that the conversation is built as a controllable call flow: greeting, intent detection, follow-up questions, data capture, handoff, or scheduling are treated as one connected operational sequence.

Process

Clean delivery instead of AI theatre.

Analysis, concept, delivery, and systemisation stay on one line so the result works beyond the initial launch.

Graphic for the analysis phase

Analysis

I start with the offer, audience, existing systems, content state, and the points where time is lost in day-to-day work. That keeps the work grounded in real friction instead of vague assumptions.
Graphic for the concept phase

Concept

Then the flow becomes concrete: which page, tool, or workflow handles which job, what content is needed, and where automation or AI actually makes sense.
Graphic for the delivery phase

Delivery

Design, technology, content, and backend structure are built together. That prevents the usual disconnect where design, CMS, and production have to be painfully reconciled later.
Graphic for the systemisation phase

Systemisation

When a process repeats, it gets documented, modularised, or automated. The point is not a one-off launch, but a setup that still holds on the third, tenth, and fiftieth pass.

About DLS

Design-led. Technically reliable.

Portrait of Dominik Lehner

Design, systems, delivery.

I work where design alone is not enough and technology without design precision becomes forgettable: between graphic design, web, AI systems, and operational automation. I previously worked as a graphic designer at K12 Kalender GmbH and currently work at Haberkorn Kalender GmbH. I am not interested in loose concepts or demo setups, but in systems people actually use: Joomla presences, publishing tools, agent workflows, InDesign scripts, content pipelines, and digital operations with a clear job. For Haberkorn Kalender I built a fully automated social media pipeline that cleanly connects topic preparation, production steps, and distribution. For Zolahrsounds, marketing already runs autonomously through OpenClaw across multiple channels. I also build additional automated YouTube channels with OpenClaw and BrandPulse, including research, script logic, review, and publishing flow.

A design background helps me treat interface, imagery, typography, and hierarchy as structural decisions rather than decoration. At the same time, delivery always has to account for data flow, backend maintainability, technical reliability, and processes that do not fall apart after launch.

The scope runs from business websites to publishing automation and InDesign scripting all the way to agent setups and cross-channel content systems. The important part is never the buzzword, but that the result becomes a reliable digital presence, a usable system, or a concrete next step that holds up in real operation.
